Round table hire is often something people find hard to estimate, many people ask "will they fit in my venue?", "how many people can I fit around the table if dining?", "how many can I fit in a van? the list goes on.  At Yahire you can rest easy knowing our helpful sales staff will help you find the perfect solution.

How many fit around a table?

Well this depends on the size of table and what you intend to hire the table for;

3ft round tables - seat 2-4 people, perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Just like a table you find at a restaurant.
4ft round tables -seat 4-6 people, a good size table if space is limited. Popular for small gatherings.
5ft round tables - seat 8-10 people, big with weddings, if sitting for long periods or for dining we recommend 8 people.
6ft round tables - 10-12 people, very big table! Number 1 table for large events, not great for self collections.

How many will fit into my venue?

We often suggest asking your venue how many they have had before, as they know the venue better than anyone. It depends on things such as how large would you like the walkways? are you using the whole space for just the tables? If you are having difficulties, just ask one of Yahire's sales staff to assist you in making your decision.

How do I move/store the tables?

When it come to round tables 4ft or bigger the best way of moving them is usually to roll them, as they are heavy and difficult to carry. We ask at Yahire that when putting the tables against a wall/secure structure to rest that you make sure that the table tops are facing each other to avoid scratches to the tops. Yahire take pride in the quality of the goods we hire and ask that this is always done.

How do I put a table up?

Upon delivery of your hire tables from Yahire, you can ask the driver how to erect a table if you are unsure and they will give you a quick demonstration. It is fairly easy but make sure you do not use to much force on the legs or safety bars to avoid damage.
