Q) I’ve found a cheaper price for chair or table hire, what can Yahire do?

A) We believe Yahire’s prices and services are the best in the industry. If you do get a cheaper quote, we’ll aim to beat it. Contact us.


Q) My event has been cancelled/I want to cancel my order with Yahire. What can I do?

A) Cancelling isn’t a problem. However, depending on the timescale and the nature of your operation you may be charged some or all of the value. See our terms of hire.


Q) Do I have to set out my hire goods myself?

A) No, Yahire offers additional services such as advice on seating plans, setting out tables and chairs and taking everything down again for collection.


Q) I’m unsure of numbers attending my event, what if they change after my order?

A) Before we’ve delivered your goods you can always add items to your order. However we understand things can change last minute, so we have some great value services to either add or remove some of your hire whilst your event is in full swing.


Q) I’m having an event but I’m not sure of details such as the date or venue. Can I still book so I don’t miss out on the cheap hire offers?

A) Yes you can still book! Pay for hire goods and just tell us the rough dates and area you think your event will happen in. We are very flexible.


Q) I see a slight damage waiver on the quotation. What is this for?

A) We charge a slight damage waiver of 2% on all orders to cover minor damage which may occur during the use of goods, this covers fair wear and tear e.g if table tops receive minor scratches or marks for standard use whilst on hire this waiver covers this. However if goods are broken or missing these goods will still be charged.
