Behind the Scenes at Yahire: Our Busiest Week Yet
It’s been a big one at Yahire HQ.
In fact, one of the busiest weeks we’ve ever had decided to land right in the middle of the heat, because apparently the events calendar enjoys a challenge. Between packed delivery schedules, record-breaking warehouse movements and a few “character-building” moments along the way, the team absolutely pulled it out the bag.
And honestly? We’re pretty proud.
A Record-Breaking Month
The warehouse and logistics teams have been moving at serious pace. This month alone, Yahire delivered and collected over 1 million kg of items, which is a huge milestone for the team and a pretty good reminder of just how many events we support across London and beyond.
To put that into perspective, one AM shift alone loaded and unloaded 41 tonnes. That’s not just busy. That’s next-level busy.
From sofas and chairs to bars, tables, catering equipment and everything in between, the team kept things moving through one of the most intense periods we’ve had.
On Time, In Full, Still the Goal
Even during peak pressure, reliability is still what matters most. Our OTIF numbers continue to show strong performance, with high scores across both on-time deliveries and in-full orders.
Behind every successful event is a lot of planning, checking, loading, driving, unloading and problem-solving, and our team has been doing all of that at full speed.
It’s one thing to be busy. It’s another thing to stay organised while doing it.
Summer Pressure, Yahire Energy
As always, the busiest weeks come with a few surprises. But that’s events, isn’t it?
Things change, problems pop up, timings shift, and the only way through is with a solid team and a good sense of humour. Thankfully, we’ve got plenty of both.
A huge shoutout goes to our warehouse, logistics, sales, customer support and delivery teams for showing up, staying sharp and keeping things moving.
Growing, Improving, Expanding
This year has already been full of momentum: new stock, new team members, new office space, bigger warehouse plans and more events than ever.
We’re also out and about in the industry, with Taran speaking at the London Christmas Party Show on AI in events, and Sophie sharing festive trends on stage too. It’s always great to see the Yahire team representing the business beyond the warehouse and office.
Thank You to the Team
This kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people work hard, care about the details and keep going when the pressure is on.
So, to everyone who loaded vans, answered calls, fixed problems, moved stock, checked orders, supported clients, planned routes, stayed late, came in early or simply helped make things happen, thank you.
The last few weeks have been intense, but they’ve also shown exactly what Yahire is capable of.
Bigger, busier, stronger, and still just getting started.
