The shutters rise, the coffee machine hums, and our ops team run the first inventory check of the day. Every chair, table, bar stool and charger plate is inspected, cleaned, and signed off before it’s cleared for loading. Fast turnarounds are the norm, nothing leaves unless it’s showroom-ready.
07:00 – Route Planning Like Pros 🗺️
Being London-based has perks: shorter journeys, lower emissions, and fewer logistical headaches. All our ULEZ-compliant vans are GPS-tracked, and today’s drop schedule is mapped to shave off mileage (and carbon) wherever possible. Least fuel per job? Always the goal.
10:30 – Custom Builds in the Workshop 🔨
Need a bar in a brand colour or a backdrop that matches your logo? This is where the magic happens. Our in-house carpenters are currently refining a set of poseur tables for a luxury whisky launch. Meanwhile, another team is re-spraying chiavari chairs in ahead of a summer wedding.
12:00 – Furniture MOT 🧽
Lunch is overrated when there are sofas to steam-clean. Upholstery specialists treat velvet pieces with eco-friendly products, while our workshop crew buff scuffs off gold wire frames. If something looks tired, it gets repaired, re-upholstered, or re-imagined. Fast furniture isn’t our thing—longevity is.
14:00 – Loading Bay Ballet 🚚
Picture Tetris, but with sofas and flight cases. Every item is wrapped, placed, and strapped down for its own safe commute across the capital. Today’s manifest includes:

Sales meet Ops on the warehouse floor to trial new combos: forest-green tub chairs with marble tables for a festive pop-up, or rattan benches paired with teal cushions for next summer’s alfresco season. We test, tweak, photograph, and often share sneak peeks on Insta before the day’s out.
